How can we help people in Lewes District save money or spend less?

allotments are a source of cheap and healthy food. they help people stay healthy (being ill costs money) through outdoor activity, developing social conections with others thus learning more about sharing resources, learning from each other and building social capital. allotments are often seen as a specialist hobby and so promoting allotments as valuable for everyone would be a good development this brings together an existing resource to help new people gain access.
